Bookings & quotes
Submitting a booking or quote request is a request for service, not a guaranteed appointment. We'll confirm availability and details with you directly before a clean is scheduled.
Pricing
Listed prices are starting points. Final pricing depends on the size and condition of your home and any add-ons or customizations. We'll confirm your price before work begins.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made inside 24 hours may be charged up to 50% of the booking, because a slot that late can rarely be filled. We know emergencies happen and will always try to be reasonable.
Liability
We take great care in your home. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. Please let us know about fragile, valuable, or special-care items before your clean.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
